My bundle or my monthly fee is invoiced/billed twice. Is this correct?

Have you activated a new bundle or tariff plan? The activation date probably does not coincide with the first day of the invoice/bill period (day when your packs/options are renewed).

In order to bridge the period between the activation of the product and the first day of your invoice/bill period, we will state the amount of your monthly plan twice:

  • The period from the activation until the generation of your invoice/bill. Of course, you will not pay the full rate for this period
  • and the entire amount for the next month, which you always pay a month in advance.
