How do I switch from a prepaid card to a monthly plan?
Do you have a prepaid card, but you would rather have a monthly plan? No problem!
How?
- Do it quickly and easily on My BASE. Log in, click ‘My products’ and choose your monthly plan.
- You will receive an SMS when your monthly plan is active.
Important
- You cannot carry over your free SMSes and minutes to your new monthly plan. So it is best to use them before you switch.
- You can transfer any remaining call value to your monthly plan
