Where do you find your customer and account number?

When you contact BASE, we ask for your customer number and/or account number. That way, we can quickly find your details in our customer base and we can help you immediately. You can find your customer and account number in My BASE or on your bill.

Customer number or account number, what's the difference?

You need your customer number when you...

  • contact us online or by phone.
  • fill in a web form.
  • register your new smartphone with the manufacturer for a cashback or accessory.

We use your account number to create your bills or invoices with the correct information.

Good to know: usually you only have one account number, but you can have several. For example, do you have a separate account for your partner's or child's mobile phone subscription? Then we will use a different account number. This is very convenient because this way you and we can easily distinguish the bills.

How to find your customer number or account number?

  • On your order confirmation
    • Are you a new customer? You can find your customer number on the order confirmation in your mailbox.
  • In My BASE
    • Go to My BASE.
    • Click on Your profile under your name. 
    • At the top right of the Profile page, you will find the customer number.
  • On your bill/invoice
    • You will find the customer number at the left right of your bill/invoice.
  • In My BASE
    • Go to my My BASE.
    • Click on the tile Bill.
    • At the top of the page, you will find the account number.
  • On your bill/invoice
    • You will find the account number on the first page of your bill/invoice, next to the date.
