Where are your Wi-Fi credentials?
Do you want to surf with Wi-Fi on the Internet at Home? Connect your device with your home Wi-Fi network that is secured with a network name and password. Or do you want to share your Wi-Fi password with someone at home? That's very simple!
Which network you use for surfing, depends on the devices you use. Do you only have a BASE modem? You use the Wi-Fi credentials of your modem. Do you also have Wi-Fi boosters? You connect your device to the network of the booster. This way you are sure of a good connection everywhere at home.

You use the BASE modem
Find and share your Wi-Fi credentials
Are you looking for the Wi-Fi credentials of your BASE modem? You can find them in 3 locations!
- Select in the My BASE-app your Internet plan under Your products.
- Click on Share Wi-Fi.
- You'll immediately find your WiFi name and password.
- Have your guests scan the QR code. They are instantly connected to the Wi-Fi without typing anything.
- Go to My BASE and click on the tile Home network.
- On the card, you'll immediately find your Wi-Fi name and password.
- Have your guests scan the QR code. They are instantly connected to the Wi-Fi without typing anything.
- At the bottom of your modem, there's a sticker with the original Wi-Fi credentials.
- Have you changed the network name or password? Then you won't be able to use the original credentials anymore. Take look in My BASE or the My BASE app for the correct information.
Modify your Wi-Fi credentials
- Select in the My BASE-app your Internet plan under Your products.
- Click on Share Wi-Fi.
- Next to the wifi name, you click on the pencil to edit the credentials.
- Click on Enable expert settings and modify your credentials. You have to connect your devices again with the modified credentials.
- Go to My BASE and click on the tile Home network.
- Next to the Wi-Fi name, you click on the pencil to edit the credentials.

You use the BASE modem and Wi-Fi boosters
Have you extended your Wi-Fi network with Wi-Fi boosters? Then you have to connect with the network of the boosters. This way, you're connected everywhere at home.
Find and share your Wi-Fi credentials
- Open the Deco app on go to Wi-Fi settings.
- You'll find there the name and password of your Wi-Fi network.
- Do your guests want to connect to the network? Click on Share and let them scan the QR code.
Modify your Wi-Fi credentials
- Open the Deco app and go to Wi-Fi Settings.
- Click on the tile with your Wi-Fi credentials.
- Click in the next screen on your network name or password to edit them.
- Go to My BASE and click on the tile Home netowrk.
- Click in the navigation pane on the left on Modem.
- On the General tab you can switch your Wi-Fi off or on.
