Withdrawing or cancelling order

Have you just placed an order and now you've changed your mind? That can happen. After you place an order, you have 14 days to change your mind.

Want to cancel your internet, TV, or mobile monthly plan within 14 days? Then send us this withdrawal form (Dutch - French) or contact our customer service department. We will arrange the withdrawal for you and email you a shipping label to return the associated hardware.

Only ordered a mobile monthly plan/prepaid card? Then you will receive your new BASE SIM card for your monthly plan or prepaid card in your letterbox within a few days. As long as you do not activate/use it, we do not charge anything for this SIM card. 

After ordering your smartphone, you have 14 days to change your mind, and thus exercise your right of withdrawal. Send us the withdrawal form (Dutch - French) or contact our customer service department. Specifically, you may return your unused smartphone in its original packaging, with all the accessories. You can also refuse the package when the courier comes to deliver it. We will then simply refund the amount to your bank account.

You can also cancel purchased Wi-Fi boosters. Submit the web form and we will provide you with the necessary information.
