The digital bill/invoice: how does it work?

We're talking about digital bills/invoices, simply because you receive them electronically by e-mail or text message

So you can view and pay them easily online. It's 100% secure and simple!

At each due date, we send you an e-mail containing your payment details and a personalised link to your bill/invoice. 

A series of practical icons will take you directly to Doccle or the My BASE app. There, you can pay your bill/invoice in a matter of seconds. 

Have you activated direct debit? Then payment is made automatically and always on time! To find out more, click here.  

At each due date, we send you a text message containing a link to the My BASE app so that you can view the details of your bill/invoice. In the app, you will find a button to make the payment.  

Important: if you pay by direct debit, you will not see a payment button in the My BASE app or on My BASE.

Safety first! Electronic bills/invoices are 100% secure. If someone enters an incorrect login or password three times in a row, we block access.

Moreover, only the administrator or contract holder can access all the bills/invoices. Change your administrator preferences via Your profile – Manage users on My BASE

Did you know that…

Belgian legislation stipulates that as of 1 January 2013, paper and electronic invoices/bills are treated equally. Your invoicing details can be sent and received both on paper as well as electronically. This principle is stipulated in the European Directive that determines the invoicing rules.
