Discount on smartphones valid 09/07/2025 as from 16h00 to 11/08/2025 with a BASE monthly plan for existing BASE customers and/or new BASE customers (who were not postpaid customers in the 3 months preceding the acceptance of the offer), while stocks last.
Subject to activation of a BASE monthly plan of the above-mentioned amount/month, the customer will receive the mentioned discount on the purchase price of the handset, subject to payment by direct debit and subject to acceptance of a 24-month amortization table. Upon termination of the monthly plan by the customer or change to a lower rate plan within the 24 months, BASE reserves the right to reclaim the residual value of the discount on the smartphone. Promotion limited to one device per activated new subscription. Max. 3 current amortization tables per customer; the acceptance of an additional table is not allowed unless the residual value of the discount obtained as a result of a previous smartphone promotion is refunded (by offsetting on the next bill). Promotion is not combinable with other promotions, except for the combined offer for Internet and TV.

Offer (discount on the purchase price of a smartphone) valid subject to the following conditions:

The customer purchases the device during the period from 01/07/2025 to 11/08/2025 (while stocks last) in a BASE store and pays for the device with a bank or credit card.
The customer must already have:
- Either a BASE (Pro) subscription since at least 01/03/2025 [starting from €20/month (or less than €20/month if they migrate to a BASE (Pro) subscription starting from €20/month at the time of purchasing the device)] and have correctly paid the last 4 invoices on time;
- Or a BASE prepaid card since at least 01/03/2025 and migrate [at the time of purchasing the device] to a BASE (Pro) subscription starting from €20/month.
The customer must activate a Data Pack on their BASE (Pro) subscription at the time of purchasing the device.
The customer must pay their BASE (Pro) subscription and Data Pack by direct debit.

Max. 3 current amortization tables per customer; the acceptance of an additional table is not allowed unless the residual value of the discount obtained because of a previous smartphone promotion is refunded (by offsetting on the next statement).

In case of termination of the Data Pack by the customer or in case of dropping of direct debit within the 24 months, BASE reserves the right to recover the residual value of the discount on the smartphone. Changing to a lower Data Pack is impossible and not allowed. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of the action by one or more customers, BASE may immediately terminate this action. Promotion is not combinable with other promotions, except for the combined offer for Internet and TV.

Offer reserved for new BASE Pro customers
Offer reserved for professionals (self-employed and small enterprises) who do not yet have a BASE subscription. Customers with a BASE prepaid card who wish to switch to a BASE subscription or who are coming from another operator must not have had a BASE subscription for the same mobile number in the 3 months prior to signing up. Upon activation of one of the above-mentioned BASE PRO subscriptions, the customer will receive the above-mentioned discount on the monthly subscription price for the duration of the contract.

The promotion will be automatically applied during the confirmation of their order. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, except with the combination advantage on Internet & TV.

Offer reserved for existing BASE Pro customers
Existing BASE Pro customers are also entitled to this promotion, only if they have been a BASE Pro customer for more than 3 months and they can introduce a new BASE Pro customer to one of the following BASE Pro subscriptions: Pro 11, Pro 20, Pro 29 or Pro 35. The promotion is valid on current tariff plans. Existing customers with a different older tariff plan can also benefit from this discount, on the condition that they switch to one of the current tariff plans. If the conditions are met, the existing BASE customer will receive the above-mentioned discount on the monthly subscription price for the duration of the contract. The discount and any potential plan change will be automatically applied or processed as soon as the new customer's SIM card is activated. This must be done no later than 30 days after purchase. If the new customer cancels their subscription, the existing customer will not be automatically migrated back to the original plan. When the basic price of the subscription is increased, the promotional price also increases by the same amount.

The existing customer loses his monthly discount if he cancels his subscription, migrates to a lower rate plan, or if the customer he referred cancels his subscription. Offer reserved for professionals (self-employed and small enterprises) who do not yet have a BASE subscription; customers with a BASE top-up card who want to switch to a BASE subscription must not have had a BASE subscription for the same mobile number in the 3 months prior to subscription. Offer valid for new and existing BASE internet customers from 1st April 2025 to 30th June 2025, providing the opportunity to purchase a TP-Link Deco X60 Wi-Fi booster at a promotional price of 40€ VAT excl. (normal price 53,72€).

If the customer combines two or more services, he will receive 10% discount on the monthly subscription fee of BASE Internet and/or BASE TV for the duration of the contract. The mobile subscriptions that are eligible for the combination advantage are the following BASE subscriptions BASE Pro 11, BASE Pro 20, BASE Pro 29, BASE Pro 35, BASE Pro Europe and BASE Pro World plans. The customer loses his combination advantage if he cancels his combination.
