How do I claim my trade-in promo?

When you buy your handset at a BASE Shop, you immediately get the discount and the value of €100 on top of the trade-in value of your old phone. 

Online, you first buy your handset with the BASE discount, with at least a BASE (Pro) 20. Once you have your handset, you can request the trade-in promo through Samsung.  

How do I claim the Flipsuit or S-Pen Case?
Request the Flipsuit Case for the Flip6 (a €49 value) or the S-Pen Case for the Fold6 (a €99 value) after the delivery of your handset and no later than 18/10/2024.  Folllow the three simple steps…

  1. Have your purchase receipt and barcode from the packaging ready.
  2. Request your Flipsuit Case (Flip6) or S-Pen Case (Fold6) online.
  3. Fill in the online form and upload the purchase receipt and barcode .

Discount on smartphones valid from 22/1/2025 to 2/3/2025 with a BASE monthly plan for existing BASE customers and/or new BASE customers (who were not postpaid customers in the 3 months preceding the acceptance of the offer), while stocks last.
Subject to activation of a BASE monthly plan of the above-mentioned amount/month, the customer will receive the mentioned discount on the purchase price of the handset, subject to payment by direct debit and subject to acceptance of a 24-month amortization table.   • The customer must already have:
    • Either a BASE (Pro) subscription since at least 03/09/2024 [starting from €20/month (or less than €20/month if they migrate to a BASE (Pro) subscription starting from €20/month at the time of purchasing the device)] and have correctly paid the last 4 invoices on time;

In case of termination of the Data Pack by the customer or in case of dropping of direct debit within the 24 months, BASE reserves the right to recover the residual value of the discount on the smartphone. Changing to a lower Data Pack is impossible and not allowed. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of the action by one or more customers, BASE may immediately terminate this action.
