Customers receive a 10% discount on the monthly subscription price for BASE PRO 11 and BASE PRO 20 plans, and a 20% discount on the monthly subscription price for the BASE PRO 29 and BASE PRO 35 plans. In the event of a change to the subscription price, the corresponding discount will apply to the new subscription price.

Offer reserved for professionals (self-employed and small enterprises) who do not yet have a BASE subscription. Customers with a BASE prepaid card who wish to switch to a BASE subscription or who are coming from another operator must not have had a BASE subscription for the same mobile number in the 3 months prior to signing up. Upon activation of one of the above-mentioned BASE PRO subscriptions, the customer will receive the above-mentioned discount on the monthly subscription price for the duration of the contract.
The promotion will be automatically applied during the confirmation of their order. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, except with the combination advantage on Internet & TV.
Offer reserved for existing BASE Pro customers
Existing BASE Pro customers are also entitled to this promotion, only if they have been a BASE Pro customer for more than 3 months and they can introduce a new BASE Pro customer to one of the following BASE Pro subscriptions: Pro 11, Pro 20, Pro 29 or Pro 35. The promotion is valid on current tariff plans. Existing customers with a different older tariff plan can also benefit from this discount, on the condition that they switch to one of the current tariff plans. If the conditions are met, the existing BASE customer will receive the above-mentioned discount on the monthly subscription price for the duration of the contract. The discount and any potential plan change will be automatically applied or processed as soon as the new customer's SIM card is activated. This must be done no later than 30 days after purchase. If the new customer cancels their subscription, the existing customer will not be automatically migrated back to the original plan. When the basic price of the subscription is increased, the promotional price also increases by the same amount.
The existing customer loses his monthly discount if he cancels his subscription, migrates to a lower rate plan, or if the customer he referred cancels his subscription. On the condition that the customer subscribes for the BASE Pro Europe or BASE Pro World monthly plan at www.BASE.be, in the time period from 13/03/2025 through 03/03/2025 and activates the monthly subscription within the same time period, the customer benefits from a 50% discount on the monthly subscription fee for the first 3 months after activation.
