If you come from another operator and keep your number

You will receive a text from BASE within 24 hours to say that your number is active.

Then follow these steps:

  1. Switch off your handset
  2. Replace your old SIM card with the new one
  3. Enter the PIN code, and you're on your way!
     

If you have a new number or new SIM card as a BASE-customer

Put your new SIM card in your handset. Within a few minutes, you're all set!
