It is important to read them very carefully as they contain important information and restrictions on the use of the services (e.g. on what unlimited calling, texting and surfing means, that the actual internet speeds may differ from the theoretical speeds, that there are restrictions on carrying over credit to the following month, on the number of screens on which you can watch TV at the same time, etc.).

Offers with Data Pack
Offer (discount on the purchase price of a smartphone) valid subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer purchases the device during the period from 02/07/2024 to 12/08/2024 (while stocks last) in a BASE store and pays for the device with a bank or credit card.
  • The customer must already have:
    • Either a BASE (Pro) subscription since at least 02/03/2024 [starting from €20/month (or less than €20/month if they migrate to a BASE (Pro) subscription starting from €20/month at the time of purchasing the device)] and have correctly paid the last 4 invoices on time;
    • Or a BASE prepaid card since at least 02/03/2024 and migrate [at the time of purchasing the device] to a BASE (Pro) subscription starting from €20/month.
  • The customer must activate a Data Pack on their BASE (Pro) subscription at the time of purchasing the device.
  • The customer must pay their BASE (Pro) subscription and Data Pack by direct debit.

Max. 3 current amortization tables per customer; the acceptance of an additional table is not allowed unless the residual value of the discount obtained because of a previous smartphone promotion is refunded (by offsetting on the next statement).

In case of termination of the Data Pack by the customer or in case of dropping of direct debit within the 24 months, BASE reserves the right to recover the residual value of the discount on the smartphone. Changing to a lower Data Pack is impossible and not allowed. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of the action by one or more customers, BASE may immediately terminate this action. Promotion is not combinable with other promotions, except for the combined offer for Internet and TV.

Subject to activation of a BASE monthly plan of the above-mentioned amount/month, the customer will receive the mentioned discount on the purchase price of the handset, subject to payment by direct debit and subject to acceptance of a 24-month amortization table. Upon termination of the monthly plan by the customer or change to a lower rate plan within the 24 months, BASE reserves the right to reclaim the residual value of the discount on the smartphone. Temporary promotion on BASE Pro 11, BASE Pro 20, BASE Pro 29 and BASE Pro 35 plans. Offer valid from 03/06/2024 to 22/07/2024. Under the condition of activation of the above BASE monthly plans, the customer benefits from a 25% discount on the monthly subscription fee for the duration of the subscription after activation.

Offer reserved for new BASE Pro customers
The promotion is automatically applied to new customers during the confirmation of your order.

Offer reserved for professionals (self-employed and small enterprises) who do not yet have a BASE subscription; from 11/04/2024 up to and including 03/06/2024. If a BASE Pro mobile contract is activated, the customer will receive, after activation, 25% discount on the cost of the monthly mobile contract for life.

If the base price of the subscription is increased, the promotional price will also increase by the same amount.

This offer applies exclusively to new BASE Pro customers (who in the 3 months prior to signing up for the offer were not already a BASE customer with a contract). Customers using a BASE prepaid card who want to switch to a BASE mobile contract must not have had a BASE contract for the same mobile number in the 3 months prior to signing up.

This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, except with the combination advantage on Internet & TV.

Offer reserved for existing BASE Pro customers
Existing BASE Pro customers are also entitled to this promotion, only if they have been a BASE Pro customer for more than 3 months and they can introduce a new BASE Pro customer to one of the following BASE Pro subscriptions: Pro 11, Pro 20, Pro 29 or Pro 35. The promotion is valid on current tariff plans such Pro 11, Pro 20, Pro 29 and Pro 35. Existing customers with a different older tariff plan can also benefit from this discount, on the condition that they switch to one of the current tariff plans. If the conditions are met, the existing BASE customer will receive a discount of 25% on the monthly subscription cost for the entire duration of the contract in the case of a subscription of €11/month, €20/month, €29/month or €35/month. The discount and any switch will be automatically granted or will happen as soon as the SIM card of the new customer is activated. This must be done no later than 30 days after purchase. If the new customer cancels their subscription, the existing customer will not be automatically migrated back to the original plan. When the basic price of the subscription is increased, the promotional price also increases by the same amount.

The existing customer loses his monthly discount if he cancels his subscription, migrates to a lower rate plan, or if the customer he referred cancels his subscription. Action for existing customers cannot be combined with other offers and promotions, except with the combination advantage on Internet & TV. 

Temporary promotion on the BASE Pro Europe & BASE Pro World plans
On the condition that the customer subscribes for the BASE Pro Europe or BASE Pro World monthly plan at www.BASE.be, in the time period from 03/06/2024 through 22/07/2024 and activates the monthly subscription within the same time period, the customer benefits from a 50% discount on the monthly subscription fee for the first 3 months after activation. Offer reserved for professionals (self-employed and small enterprises) who do not yet have a BASE subscription; customers with a BASE top-up card who want to switch to a BASE subscription must not have had a BASE subscription for the same mobile number in the 3 months prior to subscription. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and promotions, except with the combination advantage on Internet & TV. 

If the customer combines two or more services, he will receive 10% discount on the monthly subscription fee of BASE Internet and/or BASE TV for the duration of the contract. The mobile subscriptions that are eligible for the combination advantage are the following BASE subscriptions BASE Pro 11, BASE Pro 20, BASE Pro 29, BASE Pro 35, BASE Pro Europe and BASE Pro World plans. The customer loses his combination advantage if he cancels his combination.
