- Sign in,
- look under Manage your product at Mobile,
- look at Your products,
- go to Change tariff plans,
- choose the monthly plan that suits you,
- you will receive an SMS when your BASE Mobile monthly plan is active.

- look at your current product: My Prepaid,
- look at Manage product under Product & options,
- under Details you get more info about monthly plans,
- look at Discover for more information about this,
- choose the monthly plan that suits you,
- you will receive an SMS when your BASE Mobile monthly plan is active.
Good to know
- The remaining call credit of your prepaid card will be deducted from the first bill of your new monthly plan. This happens automatically.
- With a monthly plan you have unlimited calling and texting, therefore free text messages. You can't carry over calling minutes and data from your prepaid card.
- You can keep your current mobile number.
