It is important to read them very carefully as they contain important information and restrictions on the use of the services (e.g. on what unlimited calling, texting and surfing means, that the actual internet speeds may differ from the theoretical speeds, that there are restrictions on carrying over credit to the following month, on the number of screens on which you can watch TV at the same time, etc.).

The free minutes, SMSes and MBs are valid in Belgium and Europe, with the exception of premium numbers, and remain valid for 30 days after you top up. These minutes and SMSes will not be transferred to another tariff plan. With each new top up of at least €10 within 30 days, your unused free minutes and SMSes expire and are replaced with new free minutes and SMSes. If you top up again within 30 days for at least €10, the period of validity for any remaining MBs is extended by 30 days. If you top up for €5 before the 30 days have elapsed, the free minutes, SMSes and MBs from your last top up remain valid until the expiration date. If you exceed the free volume of MBs, the data traffic beyond that volume is deducted from your credit in KB increments at a price of €0.50/MB. To keep your SIM card active, you must top-up at least once every 365 days. If you do not top up within this period, your SIM card will be deactivated.

All the options must be combined with a BASE Prepaid tariff plan, are valid for 30 days and are deducted from your credit when you activate them. Depending on the number of benefits and bundles you already make use of, the number of bundles you can use may be limited. If you exceed the maximum number of allowable bundles, we will send you an SMS. Surf & mail 10&15&25: You can use mobile internet in Belgium with every BASE Prepaid tariff plan. Once you have used it up, you can reactivate this option as many times as you like; otherwise, you pay the out-of-bundle price shown below the tariff table.
