How do you activate/deactivate usage notifications?

Did you know you can set up usage notifications in the MY BASE app or on My BASE? This makes it easier to keep your usage under control.

How does it work?

Once you have activated a usage notification, you will receive an email or SMS from us as soon as you have used up a certain amount or percentage of your included packs/options or bonuses.

Important: When you reach one of the set thresholds, we will send you a notification, but we will not block your usage. If you continue to use mobile internet, you will continue to use data/options (within or beyond your bundle).

How do you activate/deactivate usage notifications?

In the My BASE app

  •  Open the My BASE app on your smartphone
  • Select your mobile number under Your products

  • Then click ‘Usage notifications’ 

  • Select the notifications you want to activate/deactivate for your usage or any other options  

  • Select how you prefer to receive notifications (via email or SMS)

On My BASE

  • Go to My BASE 

  • Click on Mobile sous Manage your products and click on the tile Usage notifcations

  • Select the notifications you want to activate/deactivate for your usage or any other options 

  • Select how you prefer to receive notifications (via email or SMS)
