Have you decided to give the digital invoice/bill a chance? That's a good move! You can switch in the My BASE app or on My BASE.
Good to know: Don't you have the My BASE app yet? Then be sure to download it from the App Store or the Google Play Store.
Go to ‘Invoicing’ in the menu. Then you'll see the option to activate the electronic bill.
Good to know: You can always contact us to switch back to the paper invoice/bill.
Go to ‘Pay your bill’ on My BASE. Then click the ‘Settings’ tab to change your settings.
Tick ‘Email/SMS’, and enter your email address and/or mobile number. If you only enter your email address, you won't get an SMS, and vice versa. Don't forget to save your changes.
And that's it! You'll receive your next bill digitally (via email/SMS).
