Do you switch to a BASE TV app + box plan?
- Your BASE TV box will be sent to you by post and you will need to install it by yourself.
- If you cancel your order, you will need to return the BASE TV box to us at no extra cost.
- Any recordings you made before changing your plan are stored in the cloud. So you can still access them.
