Payment plan request

Do you need a payment plan to deal with your bill(s) or invoice(s)? Please provide us with the following information.

At BASE, we understand that sometimes things don't go to plan. That's why we give customers who are experiencing temporary financial difficulties the option of phasing in the payment of their statements or bills. To do this, we need a few details. You can send them to us quickly and easily using this form.

Attention

You can request a payment plan for an outstanding balance of €100 or more. In certain exceptional cases, we may not accept the payment plan. We will contact you in any case.
