Have you just moved house or noticed an error in your address? No problem. You can have your details changed at your local BASE Shop or via our customer service.

  •  If you have a prepaid card, you can only have your address changed at a BASE Shop. Our customer service will not be able to help you with this.
  • Do you have BASE internet and/or TV, and do you want to take your modem and BASE TV box with you to your new home? Then let us know, via base.be/verhuis, so we can get everything ready for your move.
