How to check your mobile usage?

You don't have to wait until you receive your next bill/invoice to check the status of your usage. Want to quickly find out what you have left in your monthly plan or prepaid card? You can, in the My BASE app or on My BASE!

Good to know: Your most recent usage may not be included yet. This may be the case when you are abroad, for example. 

With a monthly plan

Checking your remaining mobile data

  • Open the My BASE app.
  • Your remaining data is shown straight below your monthly plan.

Checking the usage of your options and packs

  • Open the app;
  • Click on you monthly plan;
  • Press ‘More details’.
  • Your remaining options are shown on the screen.

With a prepaid card

Checking your call credit

  • Open the My BASE app.
  • Click on your prepaid card.
  • Your call credit is shown at the top of the home screen (‘Usage’).

Checking your remaining bonuses (data, free SMSes and minutes)

  • Open the My BASE app.
  • Click on your prepaid card.
  • Press on ‘Usage details’.
  • Your data, minutes/SMSes and other bonuses are shown.

Checking your mobile usage via SMS

Text ‘CONSULT’ to 1912. You will receive a text with your remaining call credit, minutes, SMSes and data.

Setting usage notifications and out-of-plan limit

Did you know you can set up usage notifications to be notified via email or text as soon as your data (GB) or options are running low? You can also activate an out-of-plan limit to limit paid usage beyond your monthly plan price to a certain amount or block it completely.
