How to check your remaining call credit?

Quickly and easily sign into My BASE or the My BASE app to know how much call credit you have left on your prepaid card.

• My BASE: You see your call value and how long it remains valid straight away. Do you also want to see its validity? Then click on the circle.
• My BASE app: From the start screen, click on 'View your usage details' to see your remaining call value.
