BASE self-installation
The advantage of installing BASE yourself is that you decide where, when and what to install. You can install your services completely yourself, in three steps.
Before you start...
Before you start the installation, you need to take a few things into account:
- To get internet, your modem must be connected to Telenet or VOO's network via a drop cable. If you don't have a drop cable yet, you must take care of that first. You can find more information here.
- Check if everything is delivered. Do you miss something or do you have questions about the delivery? Read more about what you can do.
Install your device
Are you installing multiple devices? Please make sure you first install the BASE modem. Afterwards, you can install the other devices.
