Ordering your new BASE monthly plan in the My BASE app

At BASE we give you complete control. So, YOU decide how to subscribe to your monthly plan: online, ... or, now, even in the My BASE app! You choose which monthly plan suits you and whether you want to keep your number. Anytime, wherever you are. It's super-quick and easy. Moreover, you always benefit from an online promo and, thanks to the app, you also keep your usage under control.

How does it work?

1. Download the app

Download the app in the App Store or Google Play. In the app, choose ‘Order or activate a new SIM card’ and then ‘Order a SIM card'.

 

2. Select your monthly plan

Choose what suits you best. That could be a BASE monthly plan, a BASE Pro plan, or a prepaid card.

Choose the prepaid, professional or postpaid monthly plan that suits you.

 

3. Tell us who you are

Complete your (legally required) personal details. You can do so manually or, if you have a Belgian identity card, conveniently via itsme.

 

4. Activate your SIM card via the app.

Registration successful? You will receive a confirmation mail, and the next working day we will send your SIM card via the post at no charge. Then you can easily activate your SIM card in the My BASE app or at base.be.
