Fees for unpaid invoice/bill

If we have not received payment five days after the first free reminder, we send further reminders. The associated fees are shown on your invoice/bill under ‘One-time fees’.

If we do not receive your payment, the line will be blocked. To reactivate your BASE services, you must then pay your invoice/bill and a reactivation fee of €10 per line.

  • Do you often lose track of the date? Then choose direct debit. Your payment is then made automatically, preventing late payments.
