Return of your wifi booster/smartphone

Using this form, you can return only your wifi booster and/or smartphone. Would you like to return several devices? Fill in one form per device.

Be sure to read these conditions first and provide the following information.

  1. Your Wi-Fi booster and/or smartphone was delivered to your home.
  2. Use your right of withdrawal if you change your mind or your device is defective within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Device defective? Your wifi booster is defective and is covered by the 2-year warranty. Smartphone: still within the 14 days, you may fill in the form. After the 14 days, go to repair.base.be 
  4. The packaging may have been opened for inspection, but the device must still be in unused condition (except for a defect during use within the 14 days after delivery).
  5. Any damage (scratches, dents, cracks, drop or water damage) to the device is not self-inflicted. 
  6. The IMEI/serial number of the device is the same IMEI/serial number as on the box. 
  7. Please return the product in its original packaging.
  8. Send all original accessories (including: charger, earphones, remote control, ...) with it.
  9. Remove all personal codes/patterns and data if necessary.
  10. Remove activation lock (iOS: disable ‘find my iPhone'; Android: disable Google lock).

Once you have completed and submitted the online return form, we will process the info and you will receive a shipping label via email, if you meet all the conditions.

  1. Stick the shipping label over the existing label of the original BASE box. The BASE box has an adhesive strip that allows you to close it easily.
  2. You no longer have the original box? Pack it well, in a suitably sized box and possibly some padding material. Make sure it is properly sealed. 
  3. Drop the box off at a PostNL collection point near you.

I hereby inform you that I revoke our contract regarding the sale of the following goods/provision of the following service. 

You can find your customer number on your account statement or in My BASE.

Give the phone number on which you can be reached.

You can find the order number on your purchase confirmation.

For the warranty, enter the date of purchase of your device.
In the event of a right of withdrawal, enter the day of delivery by PostNL.

You will find this on the device and on the packaging.
