Do you want to return your wifi booster? Read the conditions carefully and provide us with the following information.

Return conditions

Check that your appliance meets all the return conditions.

 

  1. The product shows no sign of wear.
  2. The product is free of damage: no scratches, knocks, cracks or damage caused by dropping or water.
  3. The device's serial number matches the serial number of the appliance shown on the box, if you still have this packaging.
  4. The product is returned with the power supply.
  5. All codes and personal data have been deleted if needed.
  6. Complete this online return form within 14 days of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal or within 2 years to claim warranty.
How do I return your appliance?

Once you have completed the returns form, we will process the information and send you a returns label by email.

  1. Stick the returns label onto the label on the original BASE packaging. The BASE packaging has an adhesive strip that makes it easy to close.
  2. You no longer have the original packaging? Place the appliance correctly in a suitable box and use padding if necessary.
  3. Take your package to your nearest PostNL collection point.

 

You can find your customer number on your account statement or in My BASE.

Give the phone number on which you can be reached.

You can find the order number on your purchase confirmation.

For the warranty, enter the date of purchase of your device.
In the event of a right of withdrawal, enter the day of delivery by PostNL.

You will find this on the device and on the packaging.
