I forgot my PIN code for BASE TV. What now?

You need a PIN code to change settings or watch age-restricted programmes on BASE TV. Have you forgotten yours? Then sign into My BASE as administrator to set a new PIN code.                    

How can I change my PIN code?

Have you found the PIN code but still want to change it? You can do so easily via the settings of your BASE TV box.

  • Press the house button on the remote control > Settings > Parental controls > Change PIN code.
  • Enter your current PIN code.
  • Enter your new PIN code twice.

Or in the BASE TV app:

  • Profile > Settings > Parental Control > Edit PIN
Note!
  • You can set only one PIN code per family.
  • If you change the PIN code, it stays the same even if your replace the TV box.
