Problems with the TV menu on the BASE TV box

Which problem are you having? The TV menu...

  • Is your TV box on? The light should be white.
  • Check the HDMI cable. The cable must be connected to the correct input on your TV.
  • Not solved? Unplug the power lead from your TV box and the mains socket. Wait ten seconds before plugging the cable back in. It may take some time before your TV box is fully restarted.
  • Check the batteries.
    • Make sure the batteries in your remote control are still good.
    • If the TV menu is still slow, replace the batteries with fresh ones.
  • Restart your BASE TV box by unplugging the power lead for at least ten seconds. It may take a while before the TV box has fully restarted.
  • Reset your BASE TV box to the factory settings.
    • You won't lose the recordings.
