The BASE rates include VAT and are subject to the general terms and conditions and special conditions of Telenet Group NV/SA. They are reserved for personal and private use only. After the first minute, you will be charged per second. Any inclusive minutes from BASE to BASE are only valid for use within Belgium. Any other inclusive minutes and text messages are applicable for use within Belgium (to Belgian numbers) and the EU zone (to numbers within the EU zone); any inclusive mobile data are applicable for use within Belgium and the EU zone. The international rates can be found here. Calling and texting to special numbers, as well as the use of third-party services, is not included; this usage will always be charged on top of any credit and/or bundles. Promotions conditions
Temporary promotion on BASE monthly plans of €15/month, €20/month, €29/month and €39/month: offer valid from 11/04/2024 until 02/06/2024. Under the condition of activation of the above BASE monthly plans, the customer benefits from a 20% discount on the monthly subscription fee for the duration of the subscription after activation.
Offer reserved for new BASE customers
The promotion is automatically applied to new customers during the confirmation of your order.
Offer reserved for private customers who do not yet have a BASE monthly plan; customers with a BASE top-up card who want to switch to a BASE monthly plan or are coming from another operator, must not have had a BASE monthly plan for the same mobile number in the 3 months prior to subscription. Offer also valid for existing private BASE customers on subscriptions BASE 15, BASE 20, BASE 29, BASE 39, only if they take a new line and have been a customer for at least 3 months. This offer cannot be used combined with other offers and promotions, except with the BASE+TADAAM benefit.
Offer reserved for existing BASE customers
Existing BASE customers are also entitled to this discount, but only if they have been a BASE customer for more than 3 months and if they can introduce a new BASE customer for a mobile contract of €15/month, €20/month, €20/month or €39/month. The discount applies to current tariff plans such as BASE 15, BASE 20, BASE 29 and BASE 39. Existing customers with a different older tariff plan can also benefit from this discount, on the condition that they switch to one of the current tariff plans. Providing these conditions are met, the existing BASE customer will receive a 20% discount on the monthly subscription fee in the case of a subscription of €15/month, €20/month, €29/month or €39/month, and this for the entire duration of the contract. The discount and, where applicable, the transfer will be allocated and/or implemented automatically as soon as the new customer’s SIM card has been activated. This must be completed at the latest 30 days after purchase. If the new customer cancels their subscription, the existing customer won’t be automatically migrated back to the original plan. If the base price of the subscription is increased, the promotional price will also increase by the same amount.
The existing customer loses his monthly discount if he cancels his subscription, migrates to a lower rate plan, or if the customer he introduced cancels his subscription. Action for existing customer cannot be combined with other offers and promotions, except with the BASE+TADAAM discount.

Promotions BASE + Tadaam
€5 per month advantage on the BASE invoice: offer valid for private individuals who are customers of both BASE and TADAAM. Valid for new and existing BASE customers who have a BASE 15, BASE 20, BASE 29 or BASE 39 subscription, and who are also new or existing Tadaam customers (standard or premium). Offer only valid for private use. The customer must have an active BASE mobile number and be an active Tadaam customer who makes 1 payment per month. A requirement for entitlement to the special offer is the registration of the BASE mobile number in your Tadaam customer zone. The offer may not be shared with people outside the domestic circle. If the customer pauses Tadaam, the advantage will be suspended as long as the subscription is paused. 1 advantage applies per BASE mobile number. The advantage will be calculated pro-rata. The offer can be combined with other special offers and smartphone deals. BASE and Tadaam reserve the right to change or end the special offer.
Combined offers conditions
Discount on smartphones valid 08/04/2024 through 03/06/2024 with a BASE monthly plan for existing BASE customers and/or new BASE customers (who were not postpaid customers in the 3 months preceding the acceptance of the offer), while stocks last.
Subject to activation of a BASE monthly plan of the above-mentioned amount/month, the customer will receive the mentioned discount on the purchase price of the handset, subject to payment by direct debit and subject to acceptance of a 24-month amortization table. Upon termination of the monthly plan by the customer or change to a lower rate plan within the 24 months, BASE reserves the right to reclaim the residual value of the discount on the smartphone. Promotion limited to one device per activated new subscription. Max. 3 current amortization tables per customer; the acceptance of an additional table is not allowed unless the residual value of the discount obtained as a result of a previous smartphone promotion is refunded (by offsetting on the next bill). Promotion cannot be combined with other offers and promotions.

Offers with Data Pack
Offers with Data Pack are valid from 08/04/2024 to 03/06/2024 for individuals and self-employed persons in a BASE Shop. Subject to (1) activation of a Data Pack with an existing or new BASE subscription from €20/month, (2) monthly payment of the BASE subscription and Data Pack via direct debit and (3) acceptance of a 24-month amortization table, the customer will receive the mentioned discount on the purchase price of the device, while stocks last. The smartphone must be paid at the store by bank card or credit card. After 24 months, the Data Pack is automatically terminated.
Offer valid for existing BASE customers who:
New customers can not apply for offers with a Data Pack. A new customer who wants to purchase a smartphone through monthly installments must apply for financing through Cofidis.
Max. 3 current amortization tables per customer; the acceptance of an additional table is not allowed unless the residual value of the discount obtained as a result of a previous smartphone promotion is refunded (by offsetting on the next statement).
In case of termination of the Data Pack by the customer or in case of dropping of direct debit within the 24 months, BASE reserves the right to recover the residual value of the discount on the smartphone. Changing to a lower Data Pack is impossible and not allowed. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of the action by one or more customers, BASE may immediately terminate this action. Action is not cumulative with other offers and promotions.
