• The customer must already have:
  
  • Either a BASE (Pro) subscription since at least 03/12/2024 [starting from €20/month (or less than €20/month if they migrate to a BASE (Pro) subscription starting from €20/month at the time of purchasing the device)] and have correctly paid the last 4 invoices on time; 
    
  • Or a BASE prepaid card since at least 03/12/2024 and migrate [at the time of purchasing the device] to a BASE (Pro) subscription starting from €20/month.
    
• The customer must activate a Data Pack on their BASE (Pro) subscription at the time of purchasing the device.

In case of termination of the Data Pack by the customer or in case of dropping of direct debit within the 24 months, BASE reserves the right to recover the residual value of the discount on the smartphone. Changing to a lower Data Pack is impossible and not allowed. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of the action by one or more customers, BASE may immediately terminate this action.
