I have a login, but I cannot change or manage any products

If you have a login but cannot change/manage any products or view bills/invoices, then you are an ordinary user. Only a manager or contract holder can view or change these things.

There is already a contract holder/administrator

Check who the contract holder/manager is, and log into My BASE with that role. This person can then make the user an administrator.

There is no contract holder/administrator

Create a new login.

  • Go to the login screen and click Never logged in to My BASE before? Quickly create your login now!.
  • Enter an email address other than that of the user.
  • Follow the steps.

This login is now the contract holder/manager of the account. Once you have created this login, you have two options:

  • The new contract holder can make your user login an administrator. From then on, you can also make changes to the monthly plan.
  • If you have become the contract holder yourself, you can link the user's number to the contract holder.
    • Log into My BASE as contract holder.
    • Select Your profile > Manage users and select the user concerned.
    • Select View/change profile > Your linked services > Manage SIM cards.

The number is now linked to the contract holder, and the user will be removed.
