Log in with two-step verification
With two-step verification, you addan extra layer of security to your BASE account. You always log in twice: first with your BASE login and password, and then with an additional security option (passkey, authenticator or SMS).
This way, you have double security and you and your data are better protected against cybercriminals. For example, if your password is stolen, you remain protected by your additional security option.
You can use two-step verification to log in to My BASE, the My BASE app and the BASE TV app.
How does it work?
- You can only log in if you have a BASE login and password. Don't have one? Create one now!
- Before you can use two-step verification, you must first set up an additional security option. Choose the option that suits you best: passkey (e.g. fingerprint or facial recognition), login with an authenticator or login via SMS. This can be done easily on My BASE. Would you like to know more?
