All about Call Me

With Call Me, you can send a free text to another BASE customer asking them to call you. This is handy if you don't have any call credit left or want to let them know you're available. 

You can send as many Call Me messages as you want!

Send a text to 1922 that contains ‘CALL ME’ and the number you want to reach.

Example: ‘call me 0486xxxxxx’.

Unfortunately, things don't always work the way they should. If you have a problem, these tips will help you solve it:

1. Are your bills/invoices paid, or is your prepaid card still valid?
2. Has the problem occured fewer than three times? Try again later. 
3. Have you had frequent problems in the last three days? Then contact BASE customer service and be prepared to answer the following questions:
   • Has Call Me worked for you in the past? If so, when did it last work? 
   • When were the first and last time you had the problem?
   • What error message did you get?
