How do I order additional fixed internet volume?
It is convenient to purchase additional fixed internet volume when the included volume of your BASE limited Internet runs out.
- Log into My BASE or in the My BASE app.
- Go to Your usage and buy the additional volume.
Important: You purchase 25 GB of volume for €5. The additional volume is valid for 12 months. When you have used up the 300 GB of your BASE limited, you will automatically start using your additional volume. We charge the volume on the next bill.
