What you need to know before installing BASE Internet

Are you a new customer, or are you an existing customer with plans to move or renovate? Then check if you have everything you need for an internet and/or TV installation.

Connection on the network and installation at home

Depending on where you live, we connect your address to the Telenet or VOO network.

To provide your home with fixed internet, it must be connected to the Telenet or VOO network via a drop cable. Don't have a cable yet? Then have one installed.

If the drop cable is OK, it's a good idea to check whether the indoor installation is ready too.

Who is going to install your internet and/or TV? It's very easy to do it yourself! If you nevertheless need the assistance of a technician, book an appointment.

What are the installation costs?

When we install or activate BASE Internet for you, it's possible there will be extra costs. The pricing depends on:

  • the installation type you choose.
  • whether you need a cable install.
  • possible technical interventions that are needed.
