Reporting damage on the network

Do you want report damage on cables, conduits or, distribution boxed on one of the networks BASE uses? In that case, you have to contact directly the network owners: Telenet or VOO.

What is damaged?

When you report damage, please describe the situation as clear as possible::

  • What was damaged? This could be (coaxial) cables, conduits, distribution boxes on the street.
  • Where was the damage done? Give an address and municipality, and possibly a description of the location (for example, "on the corner of the street").
  • Does the damage cause issues for customers?
  • Does the damage cause traffic congestion?
