Where are your wifi credentials?

Your networkname, wifi password, etc. are available online via My BASE > Internet > Your Home Network. You can also edit your credentials.

And what about my BASE details?

Besides your wifi credentials, you also have a login (e-mail address or mobile number) and password for BASE. You can use them to sign into all our apps and websites. You also need them to manage your BASE services.

  • Forgot your password? Then set a new, secure password you can easily remember.
