How to check your mobile usage?

To check your mobile usage, just go to the My BASE app or on My BASE.

Good to know

Your most recent usage may not be included yet. This may be the case when you are abroad, for example. 

To check your usage, open the My BASE app. 

  • Do you have a subscription? Your mobile usage will appear on the home screen, just below your subscription.
  • Do you have a prepaid card? Then press ‘My prepaid’ to see your usage.
  • To find out where you stand with your other options (e.g. international call minutes, extra data, etc.), click on your subscription/prepaid card and then on ‘Details of your usage’.

To check your usage:

  • Log in to your My BASE space;  
  • Your remaining data (GB) appears below ‘Mobile consumption’.   
  • To find out where you stand with your other options (e.g. international call minutes, additional data, etc.), click on ‘Usage details’.

Text ‘CONSULT’ to 1912. You will receive a text with your remaining call credit, minutes, SMSes and data.
