Fees for unpaid invoice/bill

Each bill/invoice has an expiry date under " To be paid by". We must have received your payment in full by this date. Is this not the case? We will send you a reminder free of charge.

If we have not received payment 5 days after the first free reminder, we will send you further reminders. You will see the cost of these reminders on your bill/invoice under 'One-time fees'.

If we do not receive your payment after these reminders, the service you have not paid for will be suspended. To reactivate your BASE services you will need to pay your bill/invoice and an reactivation fee of €10 per BASE service, up to a maximum of €30.

  • The fastest way to pay is via the My BASE app, in My BASE or on BASE.be. That way you can be sure we will receive your payment immediately and you avoid a reminder fee.
  • Do you often lose track of the date? Then choose direct debit. Your payment is then made automatically, preventing late payments.
