I cannot open/print my bills/invoices with Adobe Acrobat Reader

Check whether you have Acrobat Reader or download the latest version.

A printing issue is probably due to your printer settings. Try to optimise the printing process:

• Open the print window in Acrobat Reader; 
• Click on 'Advanced'; 
• Select the option 'Print as image'.

The problem should now be solved.
