If you come from another operator and keep your number

You will receive a text from BASE within 24 hours to say that your number is active.

Then follow these steps:

  1. Switch off your phone
  2. Put your SIM card in the phone
  3. Switch your phone back on and enter the PIN code
  4. Charge your call credit
  5. You're ready to go!

If you have a new number or new SIM card as a BASE-customer

Put your new SIM card in your handset. Within a few minutes, you're all set! Don't forget to top up your call credit.
