Your TV box has a network problem via wifi or the network cable. Press the house button. Then go to Info and then Diagnostics to check whether your TV box is still connected to the internet.
Your TV box is starting up.
1. Restart your TV box: unplug it from the mains socket and plug it in again after about 10 seconds.
2. Check your mains socket: connect a different device to the mains socket. Does it work? Then your mains socket is OK.
3. Check your cable and adapter: check the installation guide to make sure you have the correct power cable and adapter.
