Where can I find a duplicate of my invoice/bill?

You can receive a duplicate of your invoice/bill in two ways.

• On My BASE and the My BASE app you can view and download an overview of your invoices/bills. 
• Would you rather have a duplicate on paper? Contact our customer service and they will send you the document by post. Important: You will pay €5 for a paper duplicate (€9,90 in the old customer zone).
