Where can I find a duplicate of my invoice/bill?

You can receive a duplicate of your invoice/bill in two ways.

On My BASE and the My BASE app you can view and download an overview of your invoices/bills. 


  • Log in to My BASE.
  • Click on "Bills".
  • You will see an overview of all your bills. You can view and download them.
  • Want to pay your balance now? Click on "Pay now".
  • You can also request a direct debit.

In the My BASE app

  • Open your My BASE app.
  • Click on "Billing" to view your most recent invoices.
  • You can view and download them.
  • Want to pay now? Click on "Pay outstanding balance" and select your payment method.
  • You can set up direct debit at the bottom of your invoices screen.

Would you rather have a duplicate on paper? Contact our customer service and they will send you the document by post. 

Important: You will pay €5 for a paper duplicate (€9,90 in the old customer zone).
