Have you noticed a hacking or a virus spreading by a BASE customer on the network? Let us know!

Important: BASE can only intervene against punishable behaviours by BASE customers on the network. Not a BASE customer? Then we will pass on the information to the concerned supplier.

You are not a BASE customer, but you still want to report something concerning a BASE customer? Let us know via abuse@telenetgroup.be

You can find your customer number on your bill or in My BASE.
