All you need to know about top up

For a quick top-up, go to the My BASE app. Afterwards, choose the amount you want to top up and follow the instructions.

 

Otherwise, open the My BASE app and do the following:

  1. Tap My Prepaid
  2. On the next screen, tap 'Top up now'
  3. Then follow the steps in the app.

You can also top up on My BASE. Log in and choose ‘Top up’. You can top up for yourself or someone else, and you can pay online or use a top up code. Discover it now!

You can top up numbers other than your own. You can do it for your brother, girlfriend, cousin, aunt or grandmother. Just download the My BASE app. Then open it and scroll to the bottom of the home page. Then tap Top up for someone else. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!

Frequently asked questions

It's just as easy to top up via the My BASE app or the website while abroad.

If you bought a prepaid card in Belgium, you can activate it while abroad too. Read the instructions on the card.

You can top up as often as you like, up to a maximum call value of €500.

Please note: there is a limit of €150 per day for credit card top ups.

Paying online has never been easier. Once you have selected your mobile number and the amount you want to top up, you can choose between different payment methods. Select the method you want to use and follow the instructions.

When do you get an error message?

  1. Before you selected a payment method? Contact us.
  2. After you selected a payment method? The best thing to do is contact your bank.

It may take up to one working day before your call credit is updated.

Has your call credit still not been updated one working day after your top up?

  1. Contact us via Support page.
  2. Include your proof of payment, mobile number and a brief explanation.
  3. We will ensure that you get your call credit as quickly as possible.
