Can I get a BASE connection at my address?

If you want fixed internet from BASE, it's important to know whether our services are available at your address. Your home must be connected to the Telenet or VOO network. Check below to see which network you will use.

If you live in Flanders, you use the Telenet network.

Do you live in one of the following Walloon municipalities? We will connect you to the Telenet network.

  • 5660 Couvin
  • 6440 Froidchapelle
  • 6460 Chimay
  • 6470 Sivry-Rance
  • 6500 Beaumont
  • 6560 Erquelinnes
  • 6590 Momignies

The other Walloon municipalities use the VOO network.

Is it not possible to get a fixed internet connection from us at your address? We regret that, of course, but you can still get mobile and the BASE TV app! Are you looking for a (cable-free) alternative within the BASE-Telenet family? Then have a look at TADAAM!
