• The customer purchases the device during the period from 3/6/2025 to 30/6/2025 (while stocks last) in a BASE store and pays for the device with a bank or credit card. 
  
• The customer must already have:
  
  • Either a BASE (Pro) subscription since at least 03/06/2025 [starting from €20/month (or less than €20/month if they migrate to a BASE (Pro) subscription starting from €20/month at the time of purchasing the device)] and have correctly paid the last 4 invoices on time; 
    
  • Or a BASE prepaid card since at least 03/06/2025 and migrate [at the time of purchasing the device] to a BASE (Pro) subscription starting from €20/month.
    
• The customer must activate a Data Pack on their BASE (Pro) subscription at the time of purchasing the device. 
  
• The customer must pay their BASE (Pro) subscription and Data Pack by direct debit. 

Max. 3 current amortization tables per customer; the acceptance of an additional table is not allowed unless the residual value of the discount obtained because of a previous smartphone promotion is refunded (by offsetting on the next statement).

In case of termination of the Data Pack by the customer or in case of dropping of direct debit within the 24 months, BASE reserves the right to recover the residual value of the discount on the smartphone. Changing to a lower Data Pack is impossible and not allowed. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of the action by one or more customers, BASE may immediately terminate this action. Promotion is not combinable with other promotions, except for the combined offer for Internet and TV.
