How to transfer or take over a BASE monthly plan?

Would you like to transfer or take over an existing BASE monthly plan? That's easy. We'll explain how.

Important: unless you indicate otherwise during the takeover or transfer process, the current terms and conditions of the monthly plan will remain in place.

To do a simple takeover or transfer, do the following:

Are you a private user and ...

  • Transferring your monthly plan to another private user? Download the takeover document and fill it in. Also indicate whether you want to keep your monthly plan or take out a new one. When you send the document, include a copy of your identity card and that of the person taking over the monthly plan.
  • Transferring your monthly plan to an enterprise or professional user? You can choose one of our business monthly plans on the takeover document. When you send us the takeover document, please send us a copy of your identity card, the identity card of the person taking over the monthly plan and the articles of association of the company for which the person taking over the monthly plan has power of attorney.

Are you a professional user and ...

  • Transferring your monthly plan to a private user? Download the takeover document and fill it in. You can choose one of our monthly plans. When you send the document, include a copy of your identity card and that of the person taking over the monthly plan.      
  • Transferring your monthly plan to another enterprise or professional user? Download the takeover document and fill it in. You can choose to keep your business monthly plan or take out a new package. When you send us the document, please send us a copy of your identity card, the identity card of the person taking over the monthly plan and the articles of association of the company for which the person taking over the monthly plan has power of attorney.

How do I return the takeover document?

Send us the completed form together with the required documents:

Is the number you want to transfer a prepaid number?

Do not return the form, but go to a BASE shop with the person you want to transfer the number to. You must identify yourself with your identity card.

We will inform you by SMS when the transfer has been completed. Until then, you remain responsible for the use of the services and any associated costs. 

Please note

The transfer is only possible if all bills/invoices have been paid.
