How nice that you're moving! Because we understand that moving can be very complicated, at BASE we make it easy. We've put together some information for you. That way you can be confident your move will go smoothly.

You can do it yourself or have a technician take care of it. When you move, we check whether connection to the BASE network is possible at your address. If an intervention by a technician is necessary, we will send someone. If not, you can do it yourself!

When you move, you always take any extra devices you rent or have purchased from BASE with you. Whether you should take the modem with you depends on the type of installation.

Take your current BASE modem with you and install it at your new address.

installation by technician

Our technician will connect the modem. That can either be the old modem or a new one. You can find this info on your purchase confirmation. If the technician installs a new modem, send the old one back to us.
